About Payment-

Here's the short version of our policies regarding payments.  For more detail, check our Terms and Conditions page. 

  • Credit / Debit Cards/Cash for in-store purchases of clothing & other items

  • Only Credit card via Stripe for online rental fees

  • VENMO or ZELLE is used to pay out clients for clothing that sold each week

  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on any items purchased here.

  • Gift cards/certificates are only valid in the store that issued them

Reservations Rules

Privacy & Safety

  1. Reservations must be received by Friday night for us to be able to print labels for you.  Otherwise, you may have to wait until other people have checked in to get your price labels.

  2. If you do not arrive Saturday morning by 9:30am to set up your rack, we may assume you aren't coming and offer your rack to someone else.

  3. If you do not arrive Friday evening by 8:30pm to take down your rack, we may assume you aren't coming and start taking it down for you.  A $10 take down fee will be deducted from your sales proceeds if you don't take down Friday night.  If you know in advance you can't make it, let us know.  You can request takedown and prepay the fee online, too.

  4. If you do not collect your unsold items Friday night, we will hold them until end of day Tuesday, after which time the items become property of the store and may be donated or recycled through our recycling partner.

  5. You may reserve up to 3 weeks in a row and leave your items in the same rack so long as 3 continuous weeks are free and available for that rack.  If your preferred rack is already taken for some of the period you can reserve a different rack nearby for the 2d or 3d week.   Using the Timetable view, you can see what racks are available for 3 full weeks before making any reservation, if you don't want to move your items (or have us do it).  Bar codes are linked to your name, so you'll always get credit for items that sell. 

  6. If it turns out you can't be at the store Saturday morning, send us an email ASAP that you would like to reschedule to another day, and we'll see what we can do.   Please check the reservation calendar in advance, so you can pick an open rack and tell us about it.  We can transfer the reservation on our end, if there's time.  It is disruptive to shoppers for our clients to try to set up when the store is open for business, so we will reschedule rather than allow late setups on Saturday.  We'll try to work with you if something urgent comes up on your scheduled date.

Privacy and security​

Our customers' privacy is of the highest importance.  Your rack rental account information is protected and encrypted through Stripe, Venmo and Zelle.  We do not collect personal bank account information for you to receive our payout right now - only ID names.
